I have asked this question multiple times and am not getting any response. Please help

My phone say I have been disabled from iTunes and apple store

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Apple says if you see this message, "there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file." Apple Support is the only one who can fix this for you.
