How do I add my window's based computer to listed devices? My Dell is showing up but not my second computer which is a Lenovo.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Seems to add a device to the list, you need to sign in on it with your Apple ID.
After you sign in on a device with your Apple ID, that device appears in the list.
