Time and Distance in Find My App

I have two phones - a X and a XR. Both are on latest iOS - 14.6.

When I look at Find My from one phone it has Distance and Time to get to a person where is says directions. From the other phone is does not. Went through a bunch of settings and can't find where it is set.
