I can’t remember my Apple ID when I set up the watch and I have a new phone. How can I pair my watch with my new phone?

I’m pairing my old Apple Watch to my new phone and I don’t remember the Apple ID I had when I set up the watch… how do I get around this?

You can request an Online Activation Lock Removal HERE.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.

Then go here;
