I need to do an update on iPhone

Need to do an update on phone. Won’t allow it

You still haven't answered my question, what happens when you try to update?

If you are updating your iOS and it pauses during the process,


Make sure you:


• Are using a WiFi connection (not a hotspot).

• Have your battery charged at least 50%, or better yet, plugged into a charger.

• Are not using a VPN connection.

• Do not have power save mode turned on.
