why is my IPhone voice message saying my mailbox is full when caller's want to leave a message?

Do you delete your old messages? Your cell provider only gives you so much storage for your voice messages, you need to delete them eventually to make room for new messages.
If you feel you have enough room and it is still happening, contact your cell carrier, they are responsible for the service.
