It turned off but won't turn back on.
Phone to turn back on. Even after I tried to charge it. No icon pops up while on the charger. Also had a app on my phone but it stated my phone was comprised

Try a different charger and a different charging cable, and ensure that there is no debris in the Lightning port and gently remove any debris found.
Apple has a compromised password message, but an app that claims your iPhone is compromised is probably a scam. That’s all a matter for later discussions, though. First here is getting the iPhone charging and booting.
