iPhone assistive touch glitch

my iPhone 11 Pro assistive touch was working perfectly then all of a sudden one day it just stopped. I touch it and it does nothing doesn’t open up anything when I touch it, it will just move the “button” and also it will create another “button” like a layer of the button. So it looks like I have 2 buttons but they do nothing but move when I touch it. I’ve reset my phone, hard reset, restart, on and off, and turned AT on& off and still the exact same results.
