Tried to erase Iphone and it says unable to remove cards

My phone was recently stolen. I have tried to erase the Iphone and I received a message that it was unable to remove the cards on my phone. Does this mean my cc info is still on my phone and accessible? If so is there anyway to do that. I have an active subscription for Appletv and Apple music. Thanks

You can go to ➔ www.appleid.apple.com and log in there with your Apple ID. Find your stolen iPhone in the device list. DO NOT REMOVE it from your Apple ID or the device list. Click on Apple Pay for the stolen iPhone and remove the cards.
