My credit card keeps declining the subscription charges and when I try to update the details of my card it tells me that the information is already provided and updated. Plus I cant delete the specific card and enter it again as I have an ongoing subscription which requires payment.

- If you are updating an old card and have ongoing subscriptions you may need to first add the new card and make it the primary payment method before deleting the old card.

The issue is that when I add the new payment it gives me an error saying that this payment has already been added. Which is correct. However when the system charges me the amount the charge is not going through. I have spoken to my bank and they have said that the issue is from the merchant end as they are not processing it completely, some how.
