Click on this link for general information about what to do "If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen" --> https://support.apple.com/HT201472

- The Find My service is the only recovery feature Apple offers. It MUST be set up before the device is lost. If you did not do that it is too late to do it now and there is no other feature Apple offers that can help you find it.

I remove this device from my iCloud Account,

Note:

Remove a device from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/remove-a-device-mmfc0eeddd/icloud

..." remove it from Find My iPhone using Find My iPhone on iCloud.com or your device. When you remove a device, it’s removed from your Find My iPhone Devices list, and if your device has iOS 7 or later, Activation Lock is also turned off."

If you did remove it from your device list you may have helped the thieves make use of it. :-(
