hi , we have 4 iphones in our house and 3 of them have a problem. when making calls , the phone says number doesn't exist. seems to work when you dial using keypad and not contacts or favourites. scene says dial assist. fault seem to be something to do with applying international dial code. Also, one of the phones has stopped allowing face recognition. On this phone , i tried to delete a contact ( to try and reenter it) but it wants a google email password?

If you're seeing a disabled message, with Face ID, this link could be of some help: If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro
To check which accounts you're using with contacts, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Also, you may find assistance with Dial Assist here: Make a call on iPhone
If the issue with your phone calls remains, we'd recommend contacting your carrier.
