Iphone 12 mini brightness issue

I have been using my iphone 12 mini and recently in past few days I noticed that the brightness of my phone is getting dimmed while charging. Can anyone solve this issue?

NB.

1. True tone is off

2.auto brightness is off

3.Phone is updated to latest ios 14.7.1

4.I am using the official apple 18w charger

Iphone SE Automatically dimming to a low brightness (Oct 2023) I looked in the community and it appears that the last time this question was asked was over a year ago. My Iphone SE (2nd Gen), which is about 4 yrs old, started to automatically dim the brightness recently. I have always had Appearance/"Off" and set to dark, and the True Tone settting is also "Off". I have updated to the recent IOS 17.1 version and it still continues to dim when I turn the phone back on after waking it from the sleep mode. I tried a "Forced Restart" which didn't resolve the issue. The phone is not in the direct sunlight and is not charging at the time which could be a cause based upon a google search. The Battery Health is 81%. I have noticed that when I used the phone with a wireless charging pad in my new car, it would start to get warm when It reached 100% but was still in the charging station (Not sure if that is related). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Phone dims with auto-brightness off & True Tone off My iPhone SE dims in an auto-brightness fashion when I don’t want it to. It dims even with auto-brightness OFF, True Tone OFF, power saver OFF, and phone NOT overheating. It has done this since first purchased. The phone has been turned on and off, and it has been updated. I want the brightness to stay at max brightness, but it simply won’t let me and always adjusts the brightness.

It is getting dimmed while charging the phone and also when phone is getting hot

If it is getting dimmed under sunlight then it is normal.
