When I go to download any apps I already downloaded it’s asking me to complete my payment method. When I go to complete it, it tells me I can’t remove my payment method because I have an active subscription which I do not.

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store
Since it shows you have a subscription, you need to add the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method before you can remove the old card.
I just received a new card and activated it but it still shows that it is declined. What is going on and why does it keep declining my BRAND NEW card.
