I am a regular user of Apple Music but after last updates Apple Music keeps crashing while connected on Volkswagen Passat music system. It plays the song but when I add the next song, after 1-2 second play it keeps crashing and playing a random song on library. Please review your updates. You shouldn’t disrupt basic features while adding on mostly unnecessary features.

From your post it appears you are having an issue with the music app when connected to your car.
If the issue only occurs when connecting to your vehicle, we would recommend checking with the car maker to see if there are any software updates available.
Are you connecting via CarPlay? If so, do the other CarPlay functions work as expected?
You can try removing the Music app, restarting the iPhone, and reinstalling the app. Keep in mind that if you are a Apple Music subscriber and remove the Music app, all music downloaded to the device will be removed and have to be downloaded again.

Thanks. I am familiar with operating system and the car system is up2date. And I am not using CarPlay, it is just Bluetooth connection. I removed and downloaded again and it keeps crushing.
