Temporarily turn off Apple Pay

How do I temporarily turn off Apple Pay. I have money on iTunes that I would like to use, but since I activated Apple Pay, anytime I buy an app or a song on iTunes the money comes from my Apple Pay account and not my iTunes balance.

Hello:) To turn off Apple Pay Cash, Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Pay Cash off.
