turn iMessages into pdf

Is it possible to turn my iMessages into pdf format without using a mac? I will be switching from a MacBook Air to an iPad Pro.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! That's a great question you have about making your messages into PDF format without a computer. It's not possible to use the iOS device, however, if you are needing to have a printed copy of the message threads, you will need to take screenshots of the messages you want to print and then print out the captured image: Take a screenshot on your iPad


Then, if you have an AirPrint compatible printer, you can print the images out directly from your iPad:

Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Also, since you are trasnferring from the MacBook Air to an iPad, it might be wise to Use Messages in iCloud  It will let you use Messages on any iOS device, an Apple Watch or a Mac. Please look this article over to make sure this is a feature you’d like because if you delete any message on 1 device, it’s removed from all associated with your Apple ID.
