Change security code

Hi

I had by iPhone 12 Pro but I have forgot my security question but I have access to my Email and I have my Apple ID password , I couldn’t active my rescue email, the message I see is you don’t have sufficient information to change security question

pleaaaaseeeee help meeeee

Security questions went out when two factor authentication came in, not relevant now.

You only need other trusted devices or add someone's phone number in appleid.apple.com in security.

You can add a Recovery Key but that is a different concept
