How many pages can I scan into one file using the files app?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support communities. We understand that you are wanting to find out how many pages you can scan into a file using the files app. We would love to provide you support on this. 

The article that you used to post this questions tells you how to scan documents on your iPad and it tells you that you can scan documents using Notes. After you scan the documents using Notes you can then send a copy to your Files app by selecting the "send a copy" option.
