AirPods continue to disconnect, even after being paired/unpaired

My airpods continue to disconnect, even after being paired/unpaired. Will not connect automatically. What should I do? Or waht could be the cause? Im thinking it could be the case itself.

Hi There

I’m sorry to hear that your AirPods aren’t working as they should.

have you ever tried resetting the AirPods and removing them from you iCloud account

To reset AirPods and AirPods Pro:

https://support.apple.com/en-nz/HT209463

if the problem still persists there may be a problem with your AirPods. If they are still under warranty then you should be able to get a free replacement or repair

if they are no longer covered by the warranty then you will have to pay for repair or replacement

I hoped this helped
