My apple desktop won’t turn on can you help?

The desk top worked fine then I went to turn it on and it won’t power on

iMac 21.5″, OS X 10.11

Have you followed all the steps in If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support?

Does it turn on at all to any screen? Does the display light up?
