If you subscribed through an in app purchase, follow the instructions in the document linked at the top of the page ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039)


If you subscribed directly through Adobe, contact them.

Contact Apple Support:

You need to contact Apple Support. No one here has access to your account info (and that is a good thing, BTW). They’ll know why this occurred and will run you right through the fix.
