Why does iPhone 12pro max overheat when using Instagram? No other apps are open at the time, also not a charging issue.. when using Instagram the phone starts to heat up. I end up closing the app and the overheating goes away. Any idea why?

Store the device where the temperature is between -20º and 45º C (-4º to 113º F). Don’t leave the device in your car, because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range.
Use iOS devices where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F). Low- or high-temperature conditions might cause the device to change its behaviour to regulate its temperature. Using an iOS device in very cold conditions outside of its operating range might temporarily shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off. Battery life will return to normal when you bring the device back to higher ambient temperatures. Using an iOS device in very hot conditions can permanently shorten battery life.

Thanks for your response. I’m using my iPhone 12pro max in my living room. Normal temp anywhere between 25degree Celsius to 32 degree. I never leave the phone in the car or the fridge. Just regular normal temperature that a human can live comfortably in. Also used an iPhone 10 in the past in the same living room and never had the same issue I’m facing today with my iPhone 12 Pro Max while using Instagram.
I read on Google it's the lithium battery that gets hot, swells, and interferes with the screen. It's happening to mine, too. Google said it's dangerous and a safety issue.
Mine it gets really hot when I am outside ! It is scaring !! Apple must do something . When I go to the beach my phone still under the tent and still gets very hot
