how do you add the phone to the devices tab. I wanted to play a sound for my daughter’s phone but it was not showing up in the devices tab to do it

Her phone would need to be signed in with your Apple ID, or has been trusted by you in a sign-in to your account, or you invite her to be a Find My friend
