Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

All apps on my iPhone 8 stopped working when I leave my home wifi

I logged into a new home Wifi signal. All was fine until I headed into the city and discovered none of my apps was working.

I confirmed that Mobile Data was switched on.

Data Roaming was switched on.

Although the message did come up to ask me to switch on Mobile Data.


Can anyone suggest a fix.

For your Internet connection.

  • Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
  • Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you
