I have an iPad Air and an IPhone. They are connected together.
Every time I add, an app for example, to iphone then it automatically puts it on my iPad air.
When I open my new iPad Pro, will it sync all of my stuff to the new IPad Pro as I do not want it to do that.
How do I fix this?

If Apps installed on one device are being automatically installed on your other devices - and this behaviour is not wanted - you simply need to disable automatic downloads of Apps and App Updates in settings:
You will need to disable these settings on each device that you wish to exclude from automatic download of Apps.
