Reportaproblem.apple.com. doesn't refund acutally
I think maybe only a few people can have a refund through the platform. Recently I chose the reason just right as the process I experienced, but the consumer service rejected me twice without any explanation. I don't know why they provide the reason but ignore it. If it cannot be a reason, please don't provide it. It's like they want to build an open refund image, but the reality is they don't want to return the money.
That's my impression of the platform.
