Iphone 12 stuck apple logo then goes off and back on
Iphone 12 won’t turn on just shows the Apple logo and then goes off and then the logo comes back on again

Sounds like it is stuck in boot loop and will need to be restored. Connect it to a computer with iTunes or a Mac and then perform a forced restart. Then follow the instructions on the computer. How to do a forced restart:
