Without more info there is not much to review or respond to.

We have no idea what your workflow is trying to do. What applications it is engaging with, what happens differently from what you expect.

Please post more details of your workflow.

The error message indicates that your workflow is called 'Quit Application', from which I infer that you're trying to quit some app (although there is no forced correlation between the name of the app and what it does - just because it's called 'Quit Application' there is no requirement that 'quit an application' is part of its action).

From there it's clear that your app got some error. Assuming it is trying to quit an app, this failed - maybe because the target app has open documents and is waiting for a response as to what to do with them (save? discard?).

But without more details that's just a stab in the dark. Posting your workflow might help.

Hi there mathisonrichard,

Thanks for joining us in Apple Support Communities. We understand you're seeing an error when attempting to quit an app on your MacBook Air. We're glad you're here, and we can provide some guidance.

To begin, try force quitting the app with the steps here:

How to force an app to quit on your Mac

If that doesn't seem to help, work through the suggested steps in this link:

If an app freezes or quits unexpectedly on Mac

Also, to ultimately try preventing this error from appearing, try these steps:

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers.
