Account hacked and disabled Apple ID due to unpaid transactions

My Apple ID was hacked, and I have over $500 worth of charges unpaid due to their not being enough money in my bank account. How do I get these purchases wiped so I can have control of my account again? I have changed my password though I still have the negative balance on my apple id account.

Review If you think your Apple ID has been compromised.


For charges try support.apple.com/billing.

You'll likely have to take up the issue with your card issuer or bank.
