I am trying to connect a second LG Ultra Fine 4K Monitor to a MacBook Pro. Only recognizes one monitor when daisy chaining. I used the same setup for another MacBook Pro and it works. What could be the problem?

The Mac has never supported daisy-chaining large displays.
Put each display on its own ThunderBolt port if you want them to work.
note: The M1 Mac only supports one external monitor. Full stop.

I'm not sure if you can actually connect more than one monitor daisychaining them to a MacBook Pro. you might have to connect them to a different port for each display.
