the appletv hd/4g and newer has an app store where you will likely find the apps from said content providers

Fox, CBS and NBC require a “participating TV provider” package (cable or internet streaming). No per-channel options anywhere per the network’s choice.
Paramount+ is a subscription service with much of the CBS content.
Peacock TV a subscription service with much of the NBC content.
Non-cable internet streaming TV providers include: YouTube TV, Hulu, fuboTV, Sling TV, Philo, AT&T TV.
