Disabled iPhone How can I enable a disabled iPhone without iTunes

If you don't have a computer with iTunes or Finder available, see if you can borrow one from a friend or relative. Alternatively, pay a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to assist you with this.
