I accidentally deleted my text messages on one of my contacts. Can I retrieve them back? It just happened.

No. Text messages that are deleted are gone.
The only option would be to restore a backup of your iPhone but that would be at the expense of anything new/added since the last backup.

Check the recently deleted file. Also check to see if the messages were synched to your iCloud account or if they were included in a recent backup. If in none of those places, they are probably gone for good.

Check your Mac:
See if these are in the Messages app on your Mac. If you have a Mac with these, then try booting it up (with the router powered off), and then exporting the messages from the Messages app.
