I cannot clear my safari it is grey
I cannot clear history on safari, clear history is grey as well as in the settings it is grey also, and I also tried resetting restrictions and that also does nothing

Reset the Home Screen Layout:
Try performing the following. By doing so, things will be placed back to how they should be.
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: General
- Tap: Reset
- Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
