Im launching Xcode from my external drive that I copied from another system. But when I launch it won't launch and not responding. When I open a project it works but a long time and when I open it again it starts to verify and takes a long time

Try Uninstalling and Installing It, If Still Same Problem Uninstall Xcode, Backup Your MacBook Data Factory Reset And Sign In And Install Xcode, If Problem Still continues, Report To Apple
Backup REQUIRED When Factory Reseting A Mac Or You Will Lose Your Data On Your Mac (Maybe!) Your iCloud Drive Folder Will only Remain Stored.
