I have a friend in Beirut, Lebanon that only has Electricity 3 hours a day and want to send her a solar power charger. Her MacBook Pro is the new Touch one and has a USB-C Charger... which Solar Panel would help her?

Sorry, but I've never tried to power the MacBook directly using solar power.
When I'm off grid I use the classic setup, solar panel + 12V battery+inverter 230V to charge or use my devices.
