Query related to sim card
What if i remove and insert my sim card frequently from one iPhone to another for like 2 days a week or 4 days a week
will it affect the sim reader or something in my iphone ?

No. It will not affect the iPhone's hardware. You may certainly wear out the SIM card faster with constant handling however you can always get the SIM card replaced if it stops working or breaks.
