Hi there

The Apple Watch does not surport Spatial Audio playback when using AirPods Pro or max. But users have said the Dolby Atmos playback works on Apple Watch. Apple may add spatial audio surport in a future update. For now you can place your feedback to apple: https://www.apple.com/feedback/

I have already placed feedback to them as I would love to have spatial audio when I listen to music on my apple watch

I hope it gets added!
