About the airpod warranty

My question is that i have an apple airpod which i brought it from online on 15/4/2021 and i have lost my charhing case last week so i went to apple store which is locate In Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and they asked that if i brought new charging case i have to conact apple support because in their system my airpod warranty is showing about to expire.!! My question is that if i brought in April it must has to be until next april 2022.!! So would you mind to fix that for me.!!

My airpod serial number is :- SG****X2Y
