How to make a screen recording, showing touch points, but without assistive touch menu?

I know how to capture a screen recording on my iPhone (12Pro), but I want to show touch points (for a UI design client demo). My two problems are:

• I can't find how to show the touch points with a cursor
• I can't hide assistive touch menu button (circle) when recording

Could anyone help plesae?
