I continually get a series of Pop-up messages requesting my Login password for Keychain which is the same as my iMac Login. I'm running Catalina 10.15.7
Also my settings can request my Apple ID for unknown reasons when awakening.

Please ignore the CleanMyMac banner in the first link. AV-ware and Cleaning-ware like CleanMyMac are bad news and not required or recommended for macOS.

Would this be prompted by the fact that if I have looked at previous Passwords stored in Keychain. I always "Lock" it before closing the App? My logic tells me to keep things Secure, as it holds so much personal information.
It also can show "Cloudhelper - AdobeResourcesSynchronizer" also want the Passwords. So perhaps I am generating the problem in the first place?

Yea' go thru that first article a few times and then decide what you feel most comfortable with. Personally I think that a little inconvenience is better than open boarders. Sorry I don't use Adobe CreativeCloud and so I won't be able to help you with that one.
