i need to update my netflix payment through i tunes but no idea how to do this

If you are currently being billed for Netflix thru iTunes, you can update the payment method as follows:
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
However, Netflix will not accept iTunes billing for a new or rejoining Netflix subscription. In those cases you must arrange payment directly thru Netflix. See information from Netflix here:
