Camera Sound!

In March or so I got this iPhone 8 and I think it’s cool; however, I’ve run into a problem everyday since then. I have Snapchat and Instagram. I and sending pictures all the time and my camera sound won’t turn off. I have my phone on mute at all times because I can get in trouble if it went off. I’ve tried restarting my phone and even researched it and I’ve come up with nothing. I need some help and I didn’t know where else to go.
