My Apple Watch will not turn on Norco past the apple symbol… It’s not giving me any charging symbols

Turning on my Apple Watch Series 5 44m Hello, for two weeks now I’ve been unable to turn on my Apple Watch. When I try to the Apple symbol shows and then disappears and does nothing more.
