I forgot my Apple ID I used for my Apple Watch so I need help with activation lock please help me rest so I can use it I brought it but I having used it because of the activation Lock so help me

Help me to rest my Apple Watch am having hard time because I forgot my Apple ID that I use for my Apple Watch I know the email but I don’t know the password when I said I forgot the password it’s didn’t let me rest so please help me how can I pass by the activation Lock and use my Apple Watch normally.
