Apple Watch Glitching

Hello there,

I bought the Apple Watch series 3, and I am a swimming teacher so wear it in the pool. I always put the teardrop setting on, but recently my Apple Watch has been glitching. And I think it’s due to me being in the water. The watch face was bouncing so I turned off the zoom, but now my screen goes blurry/ wobbly and turns off on itself and won’t turn on when I click the button.
