Is it safe to place stickers on the inside of the MacBook? By inside, I mean the area adjacent to the keyboard and trackpad (not on the speakers). The reason I ask is because I've heard cases of people damaging their screens by covering their camera with tape or a post-it and then closing their MacBooks, and I want to make sure that placing stickers on there can't produce the same effect.
The tolerances are so tight that adding things between the cover and the body may damage the screen. I wouldn't do it. I know people who have with no issue.

I hardly doubt less than paper thin stickers will have an ill effect.
