Unable to find option to allow Contact Access to Whatapp

I am unable to allow contact access to whatapp. In the privacy settings when i open CONTACT bar, there is no option to allow access to any app. In privacy other settings are working properly like camera, microphone and location settings. Only contacts option is not working properly.

In whatsapp this is showing.

Whenever i tap on this settings button. This tab opens. Also in this tab there is no contact access option.

And in privacy when i open contacts this appears. There is no option to select.

Kindly help me to solve this problem.

We recommend you check the current restrictions on your iPhone to ensure the app settings can be changed.
