Touch bar not working after latest bigSur update

We see you're having issues with your Mac's Touch Bar becoming unresponsive, and we'd like to see if we can help out there.

Does restarting the Mac seem to help at all there? While it's a simple step, it may help to give the device a quick refresh: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

You may also opt to try resetting the SMC of the Mac. Details on that, and how to perform it are here: How to reset the SMC of your Mac

An NVRAM reset may also be able to assist: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac
